Developing skills: qualiopi accredited short courses

Our training courses introduce you and/or your team to different innovation methods (Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Creativity, Observation). These short courses (from half a day to 2 days) are “practice-oriented” for a thorough learning experience. These programmes are also an opportunity to come together as a team to learn.

Design Thinking

Design Thinking allows us to find the intersection between viability (economic), feasibility (technical) and desirability (design) when creating a new product. This process is structured in 2 successive cycles:

  1. Observing constraints and opportunities to understand how to improve the user’s experience. It also focuses on the reformulation of a problem through design challenges.
  2. Imagining solutions that respond to the challenges presented. The second phase is a mock-up of these solutions, leading to a concept that can be implemented in today’s marketplace.
