Design Thinking
Design Thinking helps to find the intersection between viability (economic), feasibility (technical), and desirability (design) when creating a new product. This path is articulated in 2 successive cycles:
1. An initial observation phase to understand the constraints and opportunities to improve the user’s experience. It also focuses on reformulating a problem through a design challenge.
2. Imagine solutions to meet this challenge, then model them to develop a concept that can be implemented.
Design Fiction
Design Fiction is an approach that consists in imagining possible future scenarios, in order to anticipate and build the future we want.
Defining the future is a very credible alternative to strategic consulting. Based on the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, as well as the collection of negative externalities from the environment, we create scenarios that present disruptions for the organization.
Each of these scenarios contains threats and opportunities that allow the company to define its desirable future.
